When Jon Rahm closed out the 18th hole on Easter Sunday to become the fourth Spanish golfer to win the Master's, he probably had no idea that his emotional fortitude was of the utmost importance to some. While Rahm was going through the emotional roller coaster of reaching golf's pinnacle, Brilliantlydumb's friend Joey D was going through the emotional roller coaster of having bet $500 dollars on "Yes - Master's champion will cry." 

"It's the Masters, Easter Sunday" Joey D yells at the TV, urging on Rahm's tears. "Wrap yourself up in the moment!" While Rahm's family emerges to embrace him one by one, including his wife, children and father, Joey D loses hope. "The tear ducts are untouched!"

If losing 500 green ones on the green jacket winner wasn't bad enough for Joey D, Rahm later revealed just how close he came to breaking down. "Never thought I was going to cry by winning a golf tournament," the champion said, "but I got very close on that 18th hole." While Joey D picked wrong, other bettors never lost faith in the Spaniard. "This was an easy no tears lock," one person commented. "Rahm is a boulder."
